Why is the company called CPS (Control Panel Systems)?

Originally we made electrical control panels for industrial use. Today we are industrial distributors of power tools, assembly systems, welding accessories and ergonomic products.

What does ISO 17025 mean?
ISO 17025:2000 accreditation authoritatively demonstrates that USP's testing and calibration results are technically valid. It also removes the need for retesting products in different countries. The accreditation also challenges USP to continuously improve the quality and technical competency of its laboratories and personnel. The ISO 17025 accreditation of the USP laboratories resulted from an extensive review of USP's laboratory practices by Assured Calibration and Laboratory Accreditation Select Services (A CLASS).

Why are your tools better than your competitor?
Our tools are the best in the industry for ergonomics, longevity and customer support. They are lighter and faster and designed to exceed industry expectations.

If made in Sweden how long does it take for delivery?

Atlas Copco has an excellent record on delivery. We have had product delivered in as little as four days, but usually product is delivered within two weeks.

What makes Tunker's clamps the best on the market?
High performance toggle clamps are used for clamping of medium to large sized components in automotive body assembly. The flat design (flat head, flat cylinder) provides optimal access for welding guns. The fully enclosed mechanics provide reliable protection against weld splatter. The units are designed for a life of up to 5 Million cycles and have aluminum or steel housings. Integrated inductive arm position sensing is realized through the patented cartridge technology.

Why choose Mountz?
Mountz Inc. offers a wide variety of torque tool solutions - Torque Analyzers, Torque Testers, Torque Sensors, Torque Wrenches, Electric Screwdrivers, Torque Screwdrivers, Torque Multipliers, Assembly Tools, Screw Counters, Balancers and special torque applications.

Why use a Torque Arm Tracker to ensure Error Proofing?

The Tracker completely takes the error proofing responsibility out of the operator's hands. The Torque Arm Tracker is tied directly to the electric tool program. This allows you to set the program so that as the operator moves the tool over the fastener, the tool will either run or not run based on whether or not the correct fastener in the sequence is being used. If it is the correct fastener then the correct pre-set torque will be applied.

Where would I use Nitrode caps?

On galvanized applications where you do not have time to finesse your weld schedules and are looking for worry free startup.

How much force does it require to move a load in I.R. rail?
It takes one pound force per 1000 pounds of load.
